Q: What types of payment do you accept?

Q: What currency are your store prices in?
A: Our store prices are in Canadian dollars.
Q: Do you have stores or just an online store?
A: We don't have any physical stores yet. We only sell online at the moment.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world.
* International orders are subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are assessed once your shipment reaches the destination country. We cannot predict what fees may be specific to your country. For more information on your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. Taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Q: Do we have to sign for the shipment?
A: You do not need to sign for the shipment.
Q: Where are the products shipped from?
A: We ship products from our warehouses in Canada.
Q: How long does it take for my product to ship?
A: It takes 2-3 business days for your product to ship.
Q: What is the estimated delivery date?
A: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 7 and 15 days. Please rest assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.
Q: How do I return and replace my item?
A: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on any products we sell.
